Is a wonderful aerial class that helps you to get your feet off the floor.

Very similar but not as challenging as aerial silks the fabric is hammock shaped and takes your weight as you make pretty shapes in the air.

It’s a really useful coaching tool making aerial accessible to all but can also be used to create beautiful sequences, shapes, drops and rolls.
